I came into Dr. Myles Zakheim’s office to pick up a delivery ? & I took off my glasses & tried to hide them b/c I was embarrassed of my DIY taped up patchwork. Despite my attempt he had such sharp eyes ? that he eventually noticed & politely asked if he could see my glasses. He then went to the back & fixed it up in no time. Ironically my own optometrist tech told me my glasses were unrepairable & that I had to buy a new one.But not only did he fix it free of charge, it was the sheer fact that I wasn’t even a customer & that he did it with such generosity which I believe truly is a reflection of character of the staff that work & operate behind the business.
