Came here to use my insurance before the end of the year. Met Torian (spell check) who was hip and stylish. He saw me looking at some Oliver People’s and brought over a handful of other brands that matched my style. I ended up with one of his recommendations and couldn’t be happier. He even stayed past closing time to help my wife pick out a pair of glasses. Great customer service and great person!
I initially went to the Beverly Hills location but they were too busy and the space was way too small. Not to mention they don’t let you try on glasses without their assistance.
Such an amazing selection! They really work with you to tell you how best to use your insurance too — no upselling, just good advice! Highly recommend. I couldn’t believe how patient they were as I tried on so many!
I had to swing by with an emergency issue. The woman I spoke with (sorry I don't recall your name, I was in a panic) was understanding and assisted me through my issue. It was a terrible time for me and she eased my pains.
