About Occupational Health | Kaiser Permanente Downtown Los Angeles Hope Street Medical Office
Occupational Health | Kaiser Permanente Downtown Los Angeles Hope Street Medical Office is a well-regarded healthcare facility known for its friendly staff and clean, spacious environment. Patients appreciate the approachable nature of the team, which helps ease the often-dreaded experience of visiting a doctor. The office is conveniently located near a train station, making it accessible for those using public transport. However, navigating to the office can be tricky, and visitors are advised to use the address of the nearby Bank of America Financial Center for easier access to underground parking. Parking validation is available, but recent price increases have drawn some complaints. The facility includes lab services and offers self-check-in options, making the process efficient. While most patients report positive experiences, some express concerns about the responsiveness of mental health services and the need for improved communication regarding follow-up procedures. Additionally, visitors should note that there is no pharmacy on-site, requiring trips to other locations or mail delivery for prescriptions. Overall, the location is praised for its cleanliness and quality of service, with mask protocols still in place for safety.
It's funny I read thru the reviews and wondered- why have parking prices gone up so dramatically? It is up to 15$ with validation. There's inflation in parking? That's a joke. However, I do love this location. It's close to the train station if you take it. And it's very nice and clean inside , once you figure out where it is. Everyone is pretty nice and approachable. Care quality? Idk. They seem to brush off a lot of things and if you need to talk to someone, such as a therapist -that line is never available or quick to respond.
this place is so amazing and it should be your first choice to receive care. the staff were so friendly and made sure i understood the follow-up procedures. the overall environment of the office was clean and spacious. going to see a doctor is a drag but not today, i enjoyed it
Worst lab work I have ever received. Once the needle was in my arm, the lab technician began to wiggle it so many ways without even apologizing, stating I had to drink water before going there. I had drank two cups of water before. Plus, I had to pay $14 for parking for this. Never going back there again!!
