This the worst company I worked with. A real bait-and- switch sort of business. Not only they never delivered anything but they double the original cost of production. After spending $50,000 in engineering work and permits we ended with nothing. They never came back to us. Real scam! Looking for building a case.

I worked with them for a feasibility study before purchasing land. Despite repeatedly inquiring about the necessity of conducting a geological test, I was consistently assured it wasn't needed. However, I decided to invest extra funds in soil surveys before finalizing the purchase. Despite their insistence, the soil study revealed crucial information of inability to build even if we had different informations from their side. Had I followed their advice, I would have purchased unsuitable land.

It started really great, but now that we in the middle of a project,.there are delays after delays with excuses that we are now finding are untrue. So far, they have over promised and under delivered.
