After 2 visits from another AC company coming out to tell me my unit needed to be replaced I was referred to Nice and Cool. Eli came out the same day just to tell me the prior company who came out purposely disconnected the one wire that would make my unit fail... 5 seconds after Eli's inspection he reconnected the wire the and the condenser immediately started working. He also didn't charge me his fee to come out because it was such a simple fix and he was in the area working on another home. When the AC finally does die it will be Eli I call to replace it. I can't recommend him enough. He saved me $13,000 from the crooks who tried to scam me. 10 stars...... read full review

Eli and his team are the best. They have the utmost integrity and care for their work and their customers. They respond quickly and efficiently. They are skilled and knowledgeable of everything HVAC and beyond. I went through 4 different individuals and companies prior to finding Eli and his amazing group. It was a nightmare before Eli saved me. I spent thousands of dollars unnecessarily on the others that all were professionals - they hardly hold a candle to Nice & Cool. I have a hot yoga studio and our business depends on the HVAC system - it's efficiency and longevity.
