I make an appointment when I go to Nail Salons because I do not like waiting. I'm on a time limit usually. I have given this place a chance twice and even with appointments they have made me wait at least 20 min because they are finishing up on a walk in. It Irritates me because it shows they have no respect for your time. I'm not rude about it either, just disappointed. The works they do is average nothing worth waiting for. Won't be going back.

I REALLY wanted to like this salon because they are so close to my house. I came here last minute because my usual salon was overbooked and I made my appointment at a time I couldn't make it. Anyway, I've had bad manicures before where a nail falls off days later - or maybe a pedicure where nail polish chips - but never have I even literally been butchered. Sure I've been cut before, but this bad? Never. The girl who did my manicure said she has been there for 9 years, and she cut my finger so bad it's throbbing days later - not to mention so are other 3 fingers where she didn't make me bleed, but clearly injured skin as well. And the pedicure - literally no words. The worst of the worst ever. The guy nonchalantly cut my big toe on my left foot - I screamed out in severe pain as it started to bleed - he acted like it's no big deal. I asked him how the heck this happened - was it an ingrown toe nail? And he proceeded to tell me - no - it's not an ingrown toe nail - it's skin. Dude, so why are you cutting skin? Are you insane? It's not ok to have people come in to feel pretty and relaxed and make them bleed. Honestly these people should have discounted the entire thing after such a beyond crap experience - but of course they didn't because greed rules - and I'm still wondering why the heck I tipped them $10 each. That was the lowest I've ever tipped anyone, but HONESTLY they didn't deserve even $1 tip. Days later I'm in pain, my toe hurts and there is dried blood in it. Trust me, don't come here or come at your own risk.

I went there yesterday, they are so nice and friendly. When I got there, there was nobody there. So I got my nails done. But then I had to wait about 40 minutes for them to do my pedicure because they had a lot of people waiting. Total of four people waiting, they don't have that much staff. But I love how my nails and my petty came out. The only reason I'm giving it a four is because of the wait. If you can try to get your nails done with one of the girls. Just because I noticed that they cut all their cuticles, and they push them back and took care of them. The men did not do that, and two men did my nails and pedi.
