Personally, Pilates is the only exercise where I saw a significant change in my body. Granted, you have to put in the work and stay consistent. I’ve been going to Movement Pilates for several years and I can say with conviction, they are the most professional and knowledgeable. I love how my instructor tailors each session to my body’s condition. The studio also has a variety of tools - from the Cadillac, reformer to my favorite, the ladder barrel. I honestly didn’t know I could ever do a handstand on my own! I’ve become so much more flexible than I ever was. Highly recommend.
