My pedicure with Ann was sensational. The whole experience was cheerful and efficient. I was given a bottled water, and a towel for my lap since I was wearing a skirt. They also gave me legit flip flops to leave in. I will be returning for a manicure - everyone seems to pay excellent attention to detail here!
Tom was absolutely wonderful, he painted these little perfect heart on my nails and made my nails looking healthy and beautiful. Also reasonably priced. I recommend Tom for anyone who wants to get Gel X with cute designs!
It’s a hit or miss. Nail quality is good, but Generally a bit rough in service. But sometimes the quality is good. But I have been here about 5 times now and 2-3 times I have had either me or others having negative incidents. Nothing major, some staff education could solve this…. ( not burning the corner of the nail, using the right temperature water for feet, etc) I still go here because it’s closer and cheaper, but wish they can improve the service quality a bit. Happy with the nails generally. Never chipped off too early here.
