I have been putting my complete faith and trust in this clinic for over 10 years. Friendly, helpful staff and Robert Katchetourian is a brilliant and kind physician. They’ve always treated me like family, and frankly, I’m absolutely baffled that some here haven’t had the same experience! I implore anyone reading this review to come and see these folks; they’re totally worth it. :)
Dr. Michael Burton and his team at Medical Group are absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Burton is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens to your concerns. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel confident about your care. The office is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better experience highly recommend!
I had great difficulty finding a GP within the Anthem Blue Cross Optum network. My first few tries were dispiriting, to say the least. I happily checked out the office of Michael Burton, which is in my neighborhood. And despite the physical office's dated and barebones interior and decor, it has been a happy discovery. Robert Khatchatourian has been a delight as a medical professional and as a human being. Thoughtful, kind, professional, knowledgeable, approachable, charming and artistic. Even if I change health plans, I would go to Robert. And Bri, the front-office contact for authorizations/ referrals/ scheduling has been attentive, supportive and heart-based. It's...read full review
