Jeanne Porcas out of Private Client Services (Business Management) is a psychopath.1. Everyone on her team is overworked beyond belief.2. The clients receive minimal support when reaching out about basic concerns and often don't receive their monthly packages (often times for months)3. Due to high turnover and chronic understaffing the entire team is constantly in a state of panic because no one is there long enough to establish and pass on notes/procedures regarding the clients.4. Kathy Tagawa charged me $350 for responding to my emails. If I would’ve known I was going to be charged, I would’ve just used Google. All the answers given I could’ve found in less than a minute on Google, I just wanted a professional opinion. I’ve paid MGO over $10,000 for doing my taxes, and I feel like their level of professionalism since covid has gone downhill. They don’t care about clients, just making money. Scary thing when they’re doing your taxes…
