Let me be the first to say that this business is top notch for customer service. I spoke with Brenda who was very accomodating when I had to change my order a couple times. She was very friendly and offered suggestions when I needed it. The delivery guys were professional and friendly. I liked that my delivery window was only one hour. Some companies will give you like a 4 hour window and when you're organizing a party that is not at your home and you have other things to do, that sucks to have to hang around for hours. I rented tables, chairs, umbrellas, and some balloons. Everything was clean and sturdy. I believe they do a full party service with bounce houses/jumpers, tents, and other basic party supplies. Most importantly, the prices were the lowest I found; very competitive. I highly recommend this company. Good customer service goes a long way with me.
