The LOT airlines left our suitcases in Poland. We needed to come to the air port because no one answered us at Matrix. We arrived to the air port and they send us back home without our suitcases. Day after, they said they found our suitcases, told us that soon someone will call us to tell us the delivery time. I am still waiting.... No one called, I didn’t get my suitcases, I spend 3 time of my vacation because of them. I sent them emails, left voice messages, called.... Nothing! No one is answering, no one is calling back. Worst customer service ever!
