Want to apologize to Duarte Antonio. I was stressed after losing my luggage at LAX and he was just calmly repeating himself for me to scan a code and file a report. I was annoyed and took a picture of his name badge. My apologies and my luggage was found later this evening. I can't imagine how difficult your job must be and you folks deserve more positive reviews for what you do.
