Martin Fenlon was wonderful. He walked us through the whole process of getting a small ADU, from making a set of plans to dealing with the LA City inspector to saving us thousands of dollars by knowing California State law to tell the inspector. He keeps calm but makes his point until the inspector heard him. We would hire him again in a second.
