Excellent moving company. The communication was a breeze, they came on time, and worked diligently. Will definitely hire them in the future.

I'm sure this is not a bad company, because everyone trying to do their best. I just want to give some constructive feedback that they need to be clearer in their communications and not blame the customer for their miscommunications and not properly identifying themselves.I called Mario's twice on a Friday to see if they had any availability and they never picked up. I then called another moving company who promptly responded and I scheduled an appointment with their representative.I then signed a contract and left the deposit with Ezra from the new company. Pavlo and Saul were Lifesavers. I'm moving company I booked for my move. Ended up having scheduling conflicts and had to cancel. Unfortunately for me I needed to be out by 11:59 PM. I called a few places after 6 PM and Mario Moving answered my call with a text message. I think the guy that reached out was actually overseas. Didn't matter because he got someone for me within 10 minutes. Might've even been less. Pavlo and Saul worked with me for 11 hours well in to the night and onto the next morning. Got everything done. It cost a lot, but it was worth it because my lease was up. Thank you guys for taking this job on such short notice, and seeing it through.
