It was a good experience until I came home and saw my hair fully dry. It was cut incredibly lopsided and when I went back to confront Maria later that day asking for a refund she said I asked for it to be cut shorter above my chest and she did that. She was gaslighting me and then finally recognized it was cut poorly and offered to correct it. Not wanting her to touch my hair again, I asked for a refund and she said, “If you want your money back, you’re not going to get it.” I explained to her I only wanted my money back because I was going to need to pay someone else to be recut my hair and she still refused. Maria is a veteran stylist w very reasonable prices and a great sense of humor! My family (3 generations)has been coming here for years and we have always been totally satisfied w the service!
