We started off with them being over a half an hour late for my appointment. Not the end of the world I suppose they certainly were busy I guess. It’s kind of a hair coloring factory. I have to say I was not super pleased with the end results. The color that I chose and the color that my hair came out were too completely different things. And it’s not super inexpensive here like you would think. $150 by the time you tip and that’s without any bells and whistles like gloss or a blow dry. Colorists are friendly and welcoming. The process is easy and relaxing. Works perfect for individuals with a busy schedule. Best thing is product is gentle on the hair and leaves hair feeling great!

Today was my 1st experience here at Madison Reed but it definitely won’t be the last. I opted for usual Demi color and the # 7 suit my hair just great! My curls are still intact and my color is not Ezmiralda my colorist got it right the very 1st time. The hues of brown and light.golden brown are to my liking and more than that… my hair feels great, looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Madison Reed for your quality work, experienced stylists, (manager Jazmin made me feel extra comfortable from the start) super affordable prices and a Solon in my neighborhood!! I’ll be back for a Bonding experience soon! Merci!
