Disappointing experience. The colorists seem overwhelmed and over worked. My colorist said thank you for your patience multiple times due to needing to leave to take care of other issues. She was extremely nice. They either need to hire more or not accept as many clients when short staffed. I gave three stars because they were all friendly! I waited for help with checkout, but everyone was too busy to help. I walked out (I knew I had a card on file from a gloss treatment—or I’d call to get it to them if that didn’t work).My hair turned out different than expected. I love this place. The staff is great. The service is great. The prices are great. How can I Complain.? Before adding my experience I read some reviews and most have nothing to do with results, Just complaining about waiting and under staff. It’s ridiculous. This place is professional fancy good prices.

The service was great all around. From Isabell who did my roots and the wash.The only complaint I have is about making an appointment at this location. I only can go the studio city and that’s why I became a member but unfortunately lately there is no morning appointments also barely any appointments available. Even though the day was blocked on line and when I first called but then it finally opened up. It wasn’t even that busy after 1:30. So there needs to be some adjustments to be made. Other wise everyone very friendly and professional.Service: Hair coloring
