First of all let me start by saying this lash studio is super cute and has the best vibes! I've had multiple full sets and fills and every time they come out looking full and amazing! I'm always getting compliments and the best thing is that they last a long time! Even during this heat wave I didn't get a fill till almost 4 weeks after. Alyssia is a master at what she does and her customer service on point! She really knows how to make a customer feel welcomed and taken care of. I had never gotten my lashes do e before until I came to see Alyssia, I'm not to Savvy when it comes to lash styles, i put my trust in her skill and she delivered! Alyssia is AMAZING! She did hair & makeup for my wedding and she did a phenomenal job!! At the trial run she listened to what I wanted and nailed the look. The morning of the wedding, Alyssia was prompt, super organized, and well prepared. She is also a genuinely kind and honest person and such a joy to have around on my wedding day. My wedding hair/makeup lasted all day and looked perfect after 12+ hours. I felt gorgeous and my hair/makeup/lashes look flawless in my wedding pictures. Been to countless lash techs all over LA and was ready to give up because nobody met all my standards. Then I met Alyssia and wow!! Could not have had a better experience! Really brought back my faith in the art of lashes. They are easily my favorite set I've ever received but that's not even what impressed me the most. Her customer service is impeccable and her shop is so clean. I felt so comfortable it made the appointment go by so fast! Cant wait to go back again :)
