I was scheduled for services from 1-4pm and tried calling them to see if they could call me 30 min before arriving. No answer. I have a voicemail confirming from the day before. Through my home warranty I found out that they canceled my service work order and never bothered telling me. Having no a/c for 2 1/2 days and having a child dependent on a temperature controlled environment for health purposes it is unreal that a company wouldn't have the decency to call a customer back. This has caused us to be displaced out of our home on our holiday and have a lot of financial responsibilities because of their negligence. Do not rely on this company. They screwed us for sure.

This company is the absolute worst!!! CAUTION!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!LONG READ BUT WORTH IT!LUX was contracted through American Home Shield to fix my heating. I called in December 13, 2021. They were able to come the next day on Dec. 14. Dmitriy came in and said he had to do adjustments to the vacuum line and pressure switch. Stated that it was fixed and left. That night the heater was again not working. Called LUX back the next day and they did not answer. Call AHS on Dec. 16 and they said that LUX would call to schedule an appointment to come back within 24-48 hours. They never called. I called AHS again on Dec. 20 and they got LUX to call me.
