Absolutely phenomenal experience. Made me a custom strap for my wedding does so they wouldnt fall off while dancing. Even incorporated ribbon I brought with me. You would never know it wasn’t original to the shoe. I only trust them

I’ve been going to Los Feliz Shoe Repair for the past seven years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. This family-run business is incredibly organized, kind, and exceptionally skilled at what they do.
I’ve trusted them with several of my high-end designer pieces over the years, and every time I’m amazed by the craftsmanship. They’ve refreshed designer purses, repaired zippers and leather straps, and brought worn shoes back to life.
Most recently, I brought in a pair of Louis Vuitton slides that had actually gotten caught in an escalator and badly damaged the sole. I thought they were beyond saving, but they repaired them beautifully and made them wearable… read full review

I took my Ann Demeulemeester boots in, as they were starting to look a bit run down in the wrong way. I bought them second hand in fine condition and cleaned and conditioned them myself and have been wearing them for miles and miles most days for a year. The sealing over the sole stitching had cracked, I had a scratch on the leather and they were looking dry, the heel had worn unevenly from my stride. For the $180 I nervously coughed up I came back to near brand new looking boots! They were shining and looking supple again, the scratch had been buffed out, sole stitching repaired and re-lacquered and the heels and front sole had been replaced with leather and rubber.
