The convention center is large, with rooms for big panels, including the Main Events and Petree Hall, and many smaller rooms for meetings. It is divided into two exhibition halls, west and south, with most large halls and panel rooms located on the west side. The south hall is known for its huge exhibition area, which can accommodate many activations and booths. Below the south exhibition hall is Kentia Hall, another spacious area that hosts artist alleys and local vendors. Kentia Hall features a food stop, while the main south exhibition level has a food court, coffee options, and plenty of seating. Overall, the convention center is kept quite clean despite the many visitors. The convention food is acceptable, with some tasty options, and staff are generally polite, although security may not always be as welcoming. There are multiple entrances for easy access, and the center is accessible for people with disabilities, featuring elevators, ramps, and escalators for tired attendees. Parking typically starts around $25-30 for most events, varying by the event's popularity. LACC is conveniently located near Crypto Arena, several upscale hotels, and a variety of pricey eateries, making it a great place to visit for those wanting to experience DTLA.
Tremendously kind, patient, and helpful staff at the business center, even in the thick of event move-out. Provided great clarity and support of available shipping options, were mindful and polite for those waiting in line, and had a positive and professional attitude.
We went to NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles and had an incredible time! NBA Crossover was such a great experience — so interactive and fun for true basketball fans. We picked up some awesome merchandise and cards, enjoyed the concerts, and just soaked in the whole atmosphere.
The energy all weekend was amazing. I would highly recommend it to any NBA All-Star fan — definitely an unforgettable experience! 🏀🔥
EXCELLENT CON VENUE! I've attended LACC for several years now, I've been to LA's Comic Con but most importantly I visit every year for Anime Expo! It's such a sizable venue that is perfect for any convention setting. There's rooms for large panels such as the Main Events and Petree Hall. Also, plenty of small, medium and semi-large rooms for smaller panels or meetings. The convention center is split between two exhibition halls, west and south. Most of the large halls and panel rooms can be found on the west side. There's also a cafe, coffee shop and plenty of restrooms. There's a connecting corridor between the west and south halls that also has panel rooms above, a large dance hall, and a few restrooms on the way to the south hall. The south hall is known for its humongous exhibition hall, which has plenty of room for a multitude of activations and booths. Below the south exhibition hall is Kentia Hall, another large hall where conventions host artist alley or local vendors. Kentia hall has a food stop while the main south exhibition level has a food court, coffee and plenty of seating! Overall, the convention center is kept pretty clean despite the myriads of people and foot traffic. The convention food is OK, not the best, but some of it is tasty! Staff are fairly polite, except for security. There's plenty of entrances for easy access and LACC is accessible for people with disabilities, I spotted a few elevators and ramps. There's also escalators for tired con-goers. Parking starts around $25-30 for most events but it changes according to the popularity of the event. LACC is close to Crypto Arena, several upscale hotels and plenty of pricey eateries. If you want to experience DTLA, this is a great place to visit!
