Have a small room (100 sq ft) that had a concrete floor in poor condition. LL Flooring sold me the laminate flooring and had Arthur's Flooring arepair the concrete with leveling cement and install the new floor. It all went extremely well and I'm very pleased with the final look. It was a real pleasure working with Arlene at Ll Flooring. She was extremely helpful and patient with me in choosing the right flooring. The team from Arthur's was also did a superb job including a thorough cleanup at the end. And all of this was done at a price significantly lower than any other estimate I got. I give them both high marks and a strong recommendation.

A little hidden gem on Olympic Boulevard, they helped me order flooring for a house I bought across the country! I even got a deal and it's beautiful. They did everything, asked all the right questions, were very attentive with regard to my order and the timing of delivery... 100% satisfied.

We received excellent service from LL Flooring representative Arlene in the West LA location. We mistakenly ordered transition pieces that did not match our existing flooring from another competitor. Arlene was able to take our floor sample and quickly find several options for us, was knowledgeable about the different types of flooring and sizing, and addressed our concerns quickly. I appreciated the quality of the products as well.
