Fantastic work by Steven! We came to him with a bit of a strange issue (installing vintage sconces without their custom mounting plate) and he was so adaptable, knowledgeable, and confident. He was prompt, friendly, kind, and an excellent communicator. He arrived on time, kept us updated every step of the way, and finished the work in a timely manner. Steven’s work was great. We had three or four items that needed to be upgraded around our home, both inside and outside. He is extremely customer centric, a good listener, and proactive on explaining what was being done, and if any other issues needed to be resolved.
