Lofts on Labrea

Recently relocated from NYC to LA - it took months to find the right "wow" apartment but I have finally found it at The Lofts on La Brea! Very impressive building. The building gives NYC vibes in the heart of Hollywood. Location is excellent and I absolutely love having two parking spaces. The manager Liz is awesome! I couldn't be happier :)

Began staying there with mindset that it would only be temporary until I found more long term home . Loved it so much that I now rent and have lives there for 3 years. Best part of living there is having an amazing Property manager . Liz is super!! The property is well organized and clean. Anytime I've contacted Liz for maintenace or any concern it's always been taken care of right away . Highly recommend!!

I lived in my apartment at the Lofts for 3+ years and was sad to leave! The building is so beautiful and Liz the manager is always doing an amazing job with everything. Loved having a washer and dryer in unit. The appliances and design of the building is stunning. Given the location by Hollywood Blvd and sunset, the building is very quiet and living on the top floor felt like my own little oasis. No trash chute but they do have a trash valet service. Amazing central location and there's even a gym and business center. My favorite part about this building is the rooftop. Also very close to Runyon Canyon trail. Parking downstairs is convenient,. The security was always so helpful with anything I might have needed and I always felt really safe here. I wish I could take this apartment building and plant it near the beach! Then I would have never moved.
