The service was First class Derek was fantastic no time very nice we have a return on Mondary Nov 10th to LAX airport from our Rccl Quantium of the seas hope to have him again we will definately use LAXcar again!

We were landing at LAX with 11 checked bags, many of them oversized and over weight. We needed to book a reliable pickup from the curb. No shuttle bus, thanks. And we needed a huge van!
Lucky for us we had heard about LAXcar from a friend and gave it a try. Our driver Michael met us with the sprinter van right outside the terminal. He helped load everything up and we got going.
He offered to stop for food or drinks, and we gladly said yes to some Pollo Loco. A great “welcome back” to LA.
Even despite the 405 being a nightmare on that particular Sunday, he got us where we were going as quickly as he could.
Excellent service! Our driver, Hamo, was absolutely wonderful. I arrived late with three children. He was so helpful and patient with us. Definitely recommend and will be using this service again!
