My visit to LaserAway Downtown was nothing less than spectacular. Upon walking in, I was kindly greeted by Justice with a warm smile. My intake and wait time were very fast. My nurse this session, Genie, was thorough yet swift. Genie always provides excellent services, making sure to go above and beyond and answer all of my questions. The procedure was a bit uncomfortable, but she made sure to ask if I needed anything, including breaks from the laser. I appreciate the staff here and their benevolence. Their excitement to help never goes unnoticed.

I was honestly so nervous walking in for my first laser hair removal appointment, but Erica immediately made me feel at ease. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely comforting—like talking to someone you’ve known for years. She answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or silly, and her calm energy really helped take the edge off. You can tell she really cares about the people who walk through the door. I left feeling so much more confident and excited to continue my treatments. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I’ve been coming here for a couple months now. I’m getting full face/underarm hair removal and I’m half way through my session and so far it’s been a great experience. Every time I come it’s been a different Tech but they’ve all extremely sweet and they really seem to know what they’re doing. Angie I’ve gotten a couple times and she’s amazing. Also the receptionist Erika and Justice are always super friendly and welcoming. Overall all they have an amazing staff. To anyone wondering if it’s worth it, it %100 is I used to be really insecure of my facial hair but now i can’t even remember the last time I had to pluck or shave and I still have 5 sessions...read full review
