Dropped off my diamond bangle to fix the clasp and they decided to “fix” the prong settings and ruined my bangle. They flattened all the prongs. I did not ask for this to be done. They tried to gaslight me and then said, “ well, what do you want me to do about it, next time take your jewelry to a jeweler you trust.”

To the awful, insensitive store owner: Still soo angry you ruined my bangle. No one ASKED you to hammer down the prongs. You cheapened the look of my bangle. And the nerve to say you won’t charge me for doing me the favor.
Since you “did me a favor”, sending your business 444 wishes.

dropped my bangle there to fix the clasp. They decided to give me an extra service (without my consent) by flattening the prongs. Ruined the look of my bangle. Horrible shop. Don't get anything Repaired there.

I bought a $560 watch on layaway, got it Jan 2025 and just paid for it last Saturday. I asked if they can change the battery, lady said it's new .. ok. So I went home & looked at the watch again, the time it had when I left their shop was still the same. It never moved. So let's see what they say now when I go back & ask either for an exchange bec no refunds, only exchange. I'm very disappointed in their customer SVC. Why not change the battery for a good customer just to make sure it works. I get my batteries from them , but will no longer go.
