The place offers a very professional and courteous atmosphere. Patients describe the doctor as the best, extremely kind, and truly great. When patients visit, endless questions are answered and every patient feels important and cared for all the time. The staff are consistently kind, friendly, and professional on the phone and in the office. Parking is convenient and the staff speak both Korean and English to accommodate patients and their families. The doctor takes significant time to get to know the current state of health and past issues, explains each process with a smile, and does not try to get patients out the door quickly. Heart murmur evaluations, echocardiogram results, and other cardiology department services are explained thoroughly. The doctor listens, takes utmost care, and shows great knowledge and an amazingly warm heart. Patients feel confident in the knowledge and care, feel at ease, and often say they are lucky to have this doctor. New patients are impressed, and many say they would definitely recommend the place to everyone who needs help, even if they change medical groups. The practice continues to treat patients with respect, professionalism, and a young talented staff that many hope never changes.

I've been coming to this hospital for about a year now, and firstly, the doctor is really great. They're very kind and skilled. They always explain things with a smile on their face, and it's not easy to feel comfortable in a hospital, but they make patients feel at ease. Even though they won't be part of my medical group anymore, I'm willing to change my medical group just to continue coming to this hospital. Not only the dㅠoctor but also the staff are consistently kind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cardiology department.
