I could get an appointment at my regular place and saw this place while driving by. I got a massage and cupping from the owner and it was amazing. I guess this will be my new regular place. I can't wait to go back next weekend.

This is massage shop, not a restaurant. You shouldn't count the tip like you had a meal in a restaurant. Minimum $10 is standard no matter which massage shop you go. I mean they shouldn't set it as a minimum amount, but still, they are providing service directly with their hands. Be respectful.
