LC is the best! They did repairs on our foundation and helped guide us through the EBB process to retrofit our foundation too. Lourdes was easy to work with and super responsive. Everyone who works there is kind and takes their job seriously. Can't recommend them enough.

LC Construction is an outstanding company! I recently bought a home needed an expert to inspect the foundation. We needed a pretty big repair! LC came highly recommended by my realtor. From the inspection, to the initial estimate phase and scheduling, to the actual foundation work, to the pouring of concrete and finalizing the project with city inspections everyone at LC General Construction worked tirelessly. I was in excellent hands throughout the process. Lourdes at the office answered every one of my emails and calls in a timely fashion. Lenard came out at the beginning and end of the process to explain everything to me and work with city inspectors. Artemio and his crew worked SO HARD on my foundation. They worked every day in the heat and always were friendly, explained everything I had questions about, and they cleaned up after themselves every day. Everyone at the company was fun to be around. They clearly care about their work and reputation. The foundation looks excellent. I am very happy with their work and can highly recommend LC Construction for anyone out there. I'll also add they are very fair in their pricing!

LC Construction made it easy for us to apply for the CA Earthquake Brace + Bolt program. They navigated us through the online grant submission process, secured the civil engineering plans and permitting & even showed up for the city inspection with all prepared documents so we did not have to be at home. The day of construction went ver smoothly with their very hardworking crew who cleanup the site cleaner than it was before. Very high quality, cost-effective work in a short amount of time with minimal effort on our part as the homeowner. They made it easy to secure our $3,000 grant to make our seismic retrofit affordable and give us some peace of mind. I'm grateful that their office is right down the street from us and I look forward to hiring them again for future construction projects.
