I have been taking my dog Willow to this groomer for years. Doris, Petrock's principal groomer at its Westside location, is so talented. She listens to how customers would like her to style their pet and does a wonderful job in response. Willow has no hesitation walking in there and lets Doris do anything, including trimming her nails, which she won't let me do. Highly recommended.

A huge thank you to Pet Rock and their staff , Nasim , Doris , JAD and Natalie for truly taking the best care of our fur babies Frida and Picasso. We had them board for 21 days and couldn't be more at ease with their stay . PR is a one stop shop for us , daycare , boarding and grooming. Clean , safe and staff that's truly cares for your pets as their own . They sent us videos 2x daily with updates .

I have been coming here for many years, and we have always gotten exceptional service. We appreciate the friendly people, especially your manager Doris. She is an amazing person, and she is very accommodating and helpful. My dog Lulu always looks so beautiful after after she has been groomed. The reports that we get from you after she has been groomed is an added touch that we appreciate. We will continue to come here, and we recommend your place.
