I have lived with hip/back pain for over 30 years. I have gone to several PTs, doctors, chiropractors, joined gyms, etc. all in an effort to relieve the constant pain that for me, was ‘normal’. On a recommendation, while visiting Hermosa Beach, I made an appointment with Dr. Dawn. She is my forever hero! I walked out with NO pain after an hour exam. After thorough questioning, listening, testing, she pinpoint the exact way to relieve me of the pain. I was armed with the exact 5 minute exercise to do twice a day, to keep the pain away. One of the Pilates instructors at Kinesis, calls her a wizard! She is truly a wizard! I have tears of joy with my new found freedom! Thank you!
