I have been using this cleaning service for two years. I returned a comforter that they had supposedly cleaned because when I opened it it smelled exactly like it did when I brought it in. I brought it back with the bag it was in. They grumbled a bit but said they would RE clean it. I had not used it since I had it cleaned. I showed up today to pick up my other dry cleaning and the comforter and they had charged me again to clean it. If I wanted my dry cleaning I had to pay the bill. No discussion.
