Poor management, horrible clients and there demands. No supervision is conducted, nothing but covering post and babysitting untrained hired employees. Violet carillo the operations manager does not know how to run a operations the size it is in LA, she hires people without asking questions and running any backgrounds. Anyone can work in here within seconds. She does not care about the employees and will never help out employees. The moment she gets to fire one she will without a hesitation. Soames is never to be heard of and if he is it’s simply just to talk someone down. Horrible company due to its management

This company is lazy and unresponsive to their employees. They have an already high turn over rate and to make it worse have no loyalty to their employees that want to work either. This is the number to management and in the screenshot I was offered a new post to work at and then boom no response for weeks. Like come on seriously!! I’ve heard that the manager is also having relations with another coworker so I’m sure they play favorites all around.
