I wrote about delays in care and thought I should update. Eye glasses were ordered in Dec. 2023. They were due--latest--Jan. 12th. It's Feb 20--STILL no eye glasses. Kaiser responded to my last Yelp review with an...Oh, we are so sorry." We will get hold of Vision for you immediately". More lies. They have not done a thing. It's going on 3 MONTHS and no eye glasses. Why don't I go elsewhere? Because they have my frames--$2000 in frames--and they won't even give me a copy of my prescription so I can go elsewhere. Seeing your doctor takes 4-6 weeks. Colonoscopy--even if blood in stool--every 5 years... I could go on, but why?

There is nothing you can do when you have been assaulted by your doctor. I was really hurt. I made the complaint the minute the doctor left the room. I was bullied, very scary. This happened to me over 70 days ago, I made at least over 50 attempts to have anyone, to even show an ounce of care about it. Not one . It is so sad that this can happen. I am in the process of contacting the police department, they haven't called me back yet.

I went today after a shoulder injury almost everyone called out sick! No front receptionist!! At all they had one worker a senior lady working the whole front counter took 30 minutes to check in to be told I was being scheduled an appointment horrible service! To her credit she worked as fast as she could.
