I've gone to K Queens a handful of times for a pedicure! (which I love) but this time I got both pedicure and a manicure (gel) it's usually really busy there so I called in advance to make an appointment. I wanted square short nails That's Usually What I Get but when I told the guy who was doing my nails he said oval shape would look better with my hands. He told me at least 6 times, I said ok just do it! I really wanted French tip on my toes but again the guy said no we should just do all of it, ok just do it. The color is absolutely beautiful! But I just feel like on my toes my nails aren't cut straight. My hands I absolutely dislike. I usually go to someone else but she was all booked up & had no time to see me for a manicure.. again I love the color! He cut my skin & I was bleeding for a couple mins & he was still putting my hands under the UV light while I was bleeding... my right hand doesn't have the same amount of coats that the color is already fading. The side of my nails (nail fold) he didn't do a good job cutting it I have lose skin all over. Just all around not the best, I have such a hard time telling business no, I want this/ I don't like it. I don't like making others feel bad & I let it be. Definitely a waste of money.... Time to look for another place again...

The best gel nail design by far. These are my natural nails and I never thought they could look this good. Make sure to ask for Kim! She takes her time for sure to get the design right. Ask to speak with her when booking an appt to make sure she can book your visit with enough time. This design took about an hour. There is French tip,chrome gold stars, and gems added in. Her thin coats make such a difference in the long term quality of the gel. I added a photo with a blue background to show the one month mark. Aside from growth the gel still looks great. I usually have issues with the gel peeling. Not this time! I cannot wait to return! Side note: I did have to wait with an appt for 20 min to start. I would have waited longer since I know the quality is there. Be patient if you can! They are busy for a reason.

Nails are 10/10 Took off some a star for the LONG LONG wait time. Love my nails that Kim did. Got gel X, with French tips and it was $73 which is very comparable to other salons that do gel x. She took her time and did many layers and I love how they turned out for Valentines day. However I did have to wait a LOT even after making an appointment, I made one for 3:30 but didn't get seen until 4:10pm which is just wasted time I could've been doing other things. I see many reviews saying the same thing about their long long waits with appointments. They were really busy when I went but I thought having an appointment would mean I wouldnt have to wait long since I made an appointment and they said it's a good time to come.... If they can get their scheduling down this place would be 10/10.
