If it were not for Janik our house would be in tatters. After two horrific experiences with contractors, Yanik walked into our house and took over the entire project. He built two bathrooms for us. He did our floors he did our paint he did our roof. He did our front yard and our backyard. He was there twice a day, we laughed so hard that I would wake up and he would be there. My husband is incredibly, suspect of anyone else's work, and he too fell in love with Yanik. His team is beyond professional, and they are perfectionist. I honestly don't think too many people can say this about their contractor, but Janik is someone whom I consider as talented (has an eye for great design), honest, calm even under pressure, and extremely hard working. This is why I recently contracted with him again to remodel my and my fiancé's two-story, fixer upper home - and this is 3.5 years later, after he worked on my previous property which was completely renovated by JR Builders because it was flooded. True gem! I hired Janik Roskovani to remodel my entire 3000 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Sherman Oaks 2 years ago. The JR Builders crew were all very skilled workers. There where many instances where I didn’t know what to do or which direction to go, due to the home being so dated. Janik managed to resolve all of my issues in a timely manner and came up with some very good ideas both in design and construction innovations.
