Josephine was able to take me last minute even before slotting me in just before she was supposed to leave on a big trip. She was accommodating and communicative on the appointment time. I always struggle going in for haircuts since I don't know what to ask for and she did a great job on translating what little prompts I had in mine into reality.
Josephine is AMazeballs!!! Before/After photo attached.Her rates are the BEST out there for women's cuts. She's so pleasant to work with and really nailed what I asked for---HEALTHY hair while KEEPING THE LENGTH.
I usually only go to get my hair done once a year where I get a trim and touch up my balayage. This is my second year coming to Josephine. Last year she really listened to my requests and came through when I wanted my overall to be lighter toned. I was really touched by this, because I could tell she wanted me to be happy. This year, after a lovely afternoon getting my trim / hair colored, she herself being the artist she is, suggested I come back to do more toner. Even though I was quite happy with it I loved that she wanted to perfect it. This is the level of care and dedication she has to her clients! I found my hair person and won't go anywhere else.
