Our home had some major mold issues in the kitchen and bathroom, and we decided to hire JMS Developers with Joseph and his team to take on the remodel. From the very beginning, they handled the situation with professionalism and great attention to detail. They made sure the mold problem was completely addressed before moving forward, which gave us peace of mind.

We recently worked with JMS Developers and could not be happier with the results! Roy and Joe were both fantastic throughout the entire process professional, reliable, and always on time. They completely transformed our backyard with artificial turf and pavers, and the difference is night and day. They also updated our kitchen countertop beautifully and installed a gorgeous vinyl fence all around the perimeter of our property.

Joseph gave us a very reasonable price on repairing our old wooden pergola, did a great job and finished on time. I've recommended him to my sister and his team is now doing some work on her house.
