Have been coming here for years for pedicures even after moving neighborhoods. The service is consistent, the nail techs are friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing.
I don't know how anyone could give this place less than five stars. It's beautiful, the manicures and pedicures are always the best quality and the staff is amazing and kind. They were shut down for a bit due to a fire so they replaced all of their chairs, tables and polishes, and everything is brand new and sparkly. I had to go to an alternate location while they fixed the salon during the fire and it was miserable. This is the only place I would ever go to on the west side.
It was $60 for a basic gel pedicure which is pricey in my opinion for a basic pedicure. The nail tech did an OK job. The nails are uneven and the nail polish is sloppy and already chipping on some nails. My brother had to wait 20 minutes before they even started on him and we called ahead of time for appointments. What really turned me off is that the technician demanded a tip from me before I even had the chance to offer it myself. Super weird, I have never had that happen to me before. I always tip but when it is expected it really doesn't feel good. Of course I tipped her. I wouldn't go back though.
