Wow! What a great experience. Marty showed up to my home after hours to help me install my smart lock. It was not an easy job, as I have an old door and it was not compatible with the new lock system. Marty was extremely professional and explained to me what the issue was, he spent a great deal of time not only installing the lock, but adjusting the entire system so that the door would be balanced and close properly. No detail was overlooked and he even fixed some of the issues with the system that were caused by the original installer. A skilled and knowledgeable technician that takes pride in his own work is a rarity, and something I really appreciate. No detail was overlooked. I would recommend Marty to any of my family or friends!

After calling a few companies, I found Jefferson Lock & Key. The gentleman who answered asked me a few questions and then gave me an honest assessment of what might be wrong with my door. He came out to my business 30 minutes later and performed a few diagnostic tests and then fixed the issue with my door. I really appreciated the prompt, honest service.

Our detached garage door with no other entrances stopped working and we didn't have a key to the override. After trying everything we could on our end, I decided to call Marty based on all the great reviews and was glad I did. He asked all the questions needed to evaluate our situation, gave me a free estimate over the phone, arrived 30 minutes after the call, and did a great job for a very competitive price. He was even able to make a key for us, help us out with a stuck deadbolt on our side gate, and make a recommendation on a keypad lock for our front door. Super friendly guy and a great conversationalist who took a genuine interest in our home. Can't recommend him enough.
