Like many others have said, I've been to other shops in LA and they never compare to Javier's. I'm actually about to take my van back to him to fix the mistakes of another shop. Don't make the same mistake I did, go to Javier first.
I've been coming to Javier's auto shop for a little over 10 years now and he and his team have been nothing but amazing. He's always been honest, trustworthy, and easygoing with my family and I. My dad and his wife brought their truck to Javier. They came back early but the truck wasn't ready yet. Javier was kind enough to order them an Uber to take them home because they had come on the bus. Anytime I have issues with my car, he always fixes it in a timely manner and doesn't overcharge like dealers or other auto businesses. I'm no mechanic technician; I have usually suggested what the issue may be with my car and Javier always considers my concerns and suggestions. He never makes me feel less of a person. There are some mechanics that are eager to put a woman down just because of their gender but Javier and his team don't make me feel that way. I highly recommend Javier's auto shop to anyone that is looking for a great mechanic.
