I live in Texas and I wanted to surprise my Mom who lives in California for her birthday. Currently two star rating because I ordered an arrangement to be delivered yesterday. I was told it was same day delivery. Then I was told it would be delivered the next day “early in the morning”. It’s already around 11:30 when I call them and I’m told it’ll be delivered at 1. It’s 1:16PM and I just got told on the phone that the driver is barely on the way and will take 30min to get there. I paid $15 for delivery and if I knew it was going to be such a hassle I would’ve just picked it up. If the arrangement is nice I will raise the review to 3 stars.
Seriously amazing!!! I called an hour before they closed and needed flowers delivered to Pacific Palisades ASAP! Every other florist in the area said it was impossible but they got it done with no issues. She was so accomodating and did a beautiful job.
