If you are out of town and need a last minute gift flower arrangement, this is the place to order from. James Flowers did a beautiful flower arrangement, their website was so easy to use. I live in Texas and I wanted to surprise my Mom who lives in California for her birthday. I was so pleased and happy with the great customer service, experience and they made sure to notify me when the flowers arrived! Thank you James Flower shop!!!

Currently two star rating because I ordered an arrangement to be delivered yesterday. I was told it was same day delivery. Then I was told it would be delivered the next day “early in the morning”. It’s already around 11:30 when I call them and I’m told it’ll be delivered at 1. It’s 1:16PM and I just got told on the phone that the driver is barely on the way and will take 30min to get there. I paid $15 for delivery and if I knew it was going to be such a hassle I would’ve just picked it up. If the arrangement is nice I will raise the review to 3 stars.

I ordered flowers to send to my friend who lost her mother. James Flowers made everything easy and the arrangement was nice, she appreciated the gesture. James Flowers made 2 attempts to her address in one day until I gave them her MIL address instead because she was there. They were able to deliver them and they texted once they were delivered to confirm. Awesome customer service!
