My Barcelona chair looks like new. So does my Nelson chest of drawers, which was in very bad shape. I probably shouldn't say this, but he even spruced up my antique metal and glass vitrine. Alfie, the owner, is nice, honest and has a good sense of humor. Prices are reasonable; worth every penny.

I got my old Denmark style wood frame chair repaired here. I'm very happy about the result. Alfie, the owner was very professional. He knew what my chair needed to be done and repaired in a week. I will definitely come back again in future

Needed the shock mounts replaced on my Eames lounge chair, Alfie was responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and totally professional ... he had my chair fixed by the end of the week and I couldn't be happier! Hume Modern has my full and enthusiastic recommendation and I would absolutely do business with them again!
