This was my first time ordering from HLM Floral Events. I was a little skeptical ordering from them. My well known florist in Los Angeles was not available. What I didn't like was you only could order on line and their prices are high. I was please however that my friend love the standing spray I ordered for her mother's funeral services and I got to see what I ordered during the service aired live on you tube. I was pleased with what HLM did and the delivery was on time.
Terrible service. Took almost 24 hrs to make the delivery. Called several times just so they could send out a delivery guy. Was lied to about status of delivery. Customer service rep stated " the guy is already on his way", but it was a lie. Unfortunate, my mother didn't receive her Valentine's Day flowers on the actual day.Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. There are way more floral shops in l.a. with better service.
Had a last minute dinner party to attend to. Asked them to make me a table arrangement with a candle. They pulled it off in about 25 minutes. The center’s piece was amazing and everyone loved it while we ate. Will definitely stop by often for more flowers in the future. Thank you Lupita.
