I strongly recommend Loren Stiteler's dry needling treatment for anyone with severe muscle tension. When I first saw Loren, I had torn a disc in my lower back and the trauma had caused muscles all along my sciatic nerve to seize up, causing intolerable pain. Loren evaluated me and confirmed that I would be a candidate for dry needling. He was methodical, focusing on a different muscle group each session. My family have been going to Healing Hands for years and we’ve never had a bad massage. Many masseuses/masseurs who do Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage. Proves are reasonable and they often run specials around holidays like Christmas and Mothers Day. Healing Hands is our go-to for massage. Highly recommend.
