I’ve visited this store a few times for small replacement parts (nuts, washers, crosspieces) for my daughter’s scooter, as well as to copy an old key. It’s a great local hardware store, well-stocked, with super friendly and helpful staff. It’s now my go-to for small hardware needs. Being able to see and test parts while getting expert advice makes it so much better than shopping on Amazon. Highly recommend!
Cute little shop conveniently located near the Old Westside Pavillion. Plenty of parking but there is only one entrance on the south side of the building (do not attempt to enter off of Tennessee, there is no entrance). If you are approaching from the north you have to make a left hand turn into the lot and if you are approaching from the south it is on your right. Be careful as ir is easy to miss. Loved that they had everything I needed to get a few projects done (needed a drill but and a longer extension cord) and a few more things. Think of it as a HomeDepot of Lowe's Express. Sometimes you just want to get in and out and not fight with people to just get a quick job done. I was able to hang my wall mirror last night so I can increase the natural light in my room. This place is great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend if you are looking to get smaller projects done.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by 2 very nice employees. One of them asked me what I was looking for, and I told him I needed screws for a PC fan. He immediately started picking out some screws that he thought would most likely work, and he found some that fit perfect! After I checked out and walked out, I went back in asking that I also will need nuts as well. Free of charge, the employee found me 4 nuts that fit the screws perfectly. Amazing customer service, and great prices and quality products. Great store, will definitely recommend to others.
