I Highly Recommend Hair Visions. I have been going to Dahlia for years. For many years she charged only $25 for a high quality haircut. Only recently did she raise the price to $32. Dahlia is friendly and has decades of experience running a salon and providing full salon services. She's very knowledgeable. She takes time with each client and she can be trusted to do a great job at a very reasonable price. Reasonable prices are impossible to find elsewhere.
