He is an absolutely horrible stylist and I am reporting him to the board, I highly suggest others do the same because they will take notice if this stylist has multiple complaints. He dyed my hair without asking questions such as if I had previous color and I had a black rinse and he just threw color in my hair without asking & had me there from 11 am to 8 pm.m trying to fix it. He said “didn’t I ask you that? Who did I ask that?” Not me! I was sitting and waiting for two hours while he did a cutting class he claimed he forgot was scheduled the same day as my appointment. I recently had a consultation with Karl J., and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Initially, I found him personable and engaging. However, during the appointment, his demeanor shifted. When he asked me to locate an image of the shampoo I use daily, he responded abruptly with, “Pay attention when I’m talking to you,” which I found unprofessional and discourteous.
Additionally, there appears to be some confusion regarding his business location.
